Help with changing email address please
Okay, so i want to change my email address now and mabye password in the future. I go to edit account and click Change Email Address. Now i get this link to plaync. I click it and go there. Supposedly i need to create a PlayNc account so i did. Now it says i have no games on it so i try adding in my Prophecies cd key and it says invalid... So anyway, I go back to edit account -> change Email -> Plaync.com -> log in and i still cant change it, as soon as i log in it just shows my Plaync account information... Why is it so hard just to change my password and email address???
Sorry for the long topic P.S. I did type my Cdkey right i have it infront of my face with the damn bone dragon staring at me as i read it. Mabye its because i added it to an account already? |

you created the original PlayNC account when you first used the store.
when redirected to the NCsoft site for an email/password change you do not create a new account you use the one automatically made on the first visit. to add to the fun this change cannot be reversed. your best bet is to send in a ticket to customer support to get it straightened out |

1. You cannot change the email address which is the Account Name. That is the equivalent of changing ownership of the account, which is not allowed.
2. If that is no longer a valid contact address, you change the Contact email address in your account information. Any notifications will be sent to both. As long as one of those is valid, there is no problem. |
